Exchange of items

Exchanges of items by Customer ON SITE: Please check your received items within 6 hours if the market produce is rotten (within 6 hours) which means not edible at all (not damage/doesn't look pretty enough). In such a case, you can email us with a photo taken of the received items and we will review the request and is subjected to our approval. 

Request made after 6 hours will not be entertained as fresh groceries defects may be caused by incorrect storage, exposure to high temperatures, handling issues etc. If you discover or email us beyond the indicated period we reserve all rights not to replace the vegetable. And our return policy does not apply for fruits and vegetables and product(s) that have been used. 


Cancellation of orders

Unfortunately, we do not accept change of mind cancellations and for all orders as we will initiate the processing of the order on the same day. Hence, the order cannot be cancelled.  And also, we do not allow cancellations if the order has been delivered.

Changes of delivery timing

Please note that there will be no changes of delivery timing. All our delivery timing is Monday to Sunday (Between 2pm to 8pm) subjected to driver's schedule & traffic conditions.

Fraudulent transaction

If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms and conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders. We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.
